buksoWe use a small number of third-party service providers (sometimes called “subprocessors”) to help us provide the Services to you. Each provider receives only the information it needs to perform its service, is bound by contract to protect that information, and may use it only on our instructions. This page forms part of our Privacy Policy and lists, for each provider, the service it performs and the country where it processes personal information, as required by Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act.

What we do not use
We do not use outside AI companies (for example OpenAI, Google or Anthropic) to process your documents or transaction lines, and no provider on this page uses your information to train its own AI. We do not use advertising or analytics networks.
Processing outside Canada
Some providers process information in the United States. While your information is outside Canada, it is subject to the laws of that country and may be accessible to its courts, law enforcement and national security authorities.
Changes to this list
These providers may change over time. When we add or replace a provider that processes personal information, we update this page with a new “Last updated” date and ask account holders to review and accept the change at their next sign-in, before the change takes effect for them.
