What we collect
Account details (name, email, business country), statement files you upload, payment metadata from our processor (we don't store full card numbers), and basic technical logs needed to run the service.
How we use it
To process your bookkeeping cleanup, provide optional human review, bill you, answer support questions, and improve accuracy. We don't sell your data.
Where it lives
Files are encrypted at rest. Processing and storage are planned for North America. Human reviewers only see what they need for your order.
Retention
We keep working files only as long as needed to deliver and support your order, then delete or de-identify them on a published schedule. You can ask us to delete account data subject to legal retention (e.g. tax records of transactions).
Your rights
Depending on where you live (Canada PIPEDA / provincial rules, or US state laws), you may request access, correction, or deletion. Email support@aibooksort.com.
