Our story

This business was started by a working bookkeeper who still does the books every day.

Most of the mess we see is the same: months of bank and credit card statements nobody had time to sort, a shoebox of receipts, and a tax deadline getting closer. The sorting is slow. The judgment calls are what matter.

So we use AI for the slow part. It drafts and categorises transactions in a fraction of the time. Add human review and a real bookkeeper checks every entry, fixes what the software got wrong, and asks you about anything unclear. That way you get the speed of AI without trusting your books to it.

Add human review, or choose Human, and a bookkeeper checks every line, corrects categories, and sends you a short list of questions instead of guessing.

3. QuickBooks-ready

You get clean, reviewed books ready to import into QuickBooks, plus a summary you can share with your accountant.
