Unreadable pages
If a page can't be read (blank, corrupted, wrong file, or too blurry to extract transactions), we don't charge for that page. Those pages are refunded automatically or never billed.
Mistakes in our work
If we miscategorize or miss transactions on a page you paid for, you get a free redo of that work. If you'd rather not have a redo, you can ask for a refund for the affected pages within 14 days of delivery.
Human review tier
On AI bookkeeper plus human review ($10/page), if you're unhappy with the review, you can request a re-review or a refund of $8 per page (the human-review portion) within 14 days of delivery.
Cancel before we start
If you cancel before we begin processing your upload, you get a full refund.
When refunds end
Refunds are final after 14 days from delivery, or once you accept the files — whichever comes first. Card statements show AIBOOKSORT.COM.
How to request a refund
Email support@aibooksort.com with your order reference and what went wrong. We aim to reply within two business days.
